Each appointment is personalized to create a refined, long-lasting result tailored to every client.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Communication is key. One cancellation will be excused as a courtesy. After that, 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, which must be paid before booking another appointment. A second no-call, no-show or repeated violation of the cancellation policy may result in refusal of future appointments.
